It can be accessed from any of the 50 states in the United States and from other countries of the world. The laws of Florida (or U.S. federal law, if applicable), without regard to conflicts of law provisions, will apply to all matters arising out of or in connection with the MCCO Website and your connection to and use of the MCCO Website. Both MCCO and You submit to exclusive jurisdiction in Florida and further agree that any cause of action arising out of or in connection with these Terms Of Use shall be brought only in the federal or state courts in Brevard County, Florida.
MCCO makes no representation or warranty that any communications or Content on the MCCO Website are lawful in other jurisdictions or available for use in all jurisdictions, and accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. You agree that if you access our MCCO Website from another jurisdiction that you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
